This new free utility is a vertical scroller events with Iphone effect.
Do you know when you scroll a list on the iPhone that has a kind of bounce effect?
This scroller has the same effect.
Developed with Flash CS3 and Actionscript 3.0, requires at least Flash Player 9.
It reads events from an external XML file so it is easy to configure and change colors and possibly graphics.
In the library of the FLA there is every MovieClip you need to customize it to your liking scroller.
To scroll the news, just click on and drag down or up.
At mouse release this scroller has an inertia effect and if you arrive to limits the effect runs to Iphone style.
Included files
- main.fla
- package org/FlepStudio/Tipper
- news.xml
Actionscript Variables
- Main.as: XML_URL ( If needed change the value of absolute url or path that points to news.xml file )
Installation
- Open main.fla and org/FlepStudio/Tipper/Main.as and if needed change the value of XML_URL variable with absolute url or path that points to news.xml at line 21.
- Regenerate main.swf from main.fla
- Load main.swf and news.xml to server
Other customizations
- You can manage all the rest by working on the MovieClips in main.fla library.

with mouse it's hard too understand how to navigate ( maybe the aplication work in toutch screen)..if you don't know how a Iphone work...but got it ... Maybe it was better if you let the scrool ( from right) visibile all time :D
Muy buenoooo!
thnx
This is excellent! EXCELLENT. Please let me know where I can send a donation, or if you accept them, because (when I can) I would like to send a small donation.
My only recommendation to improve would be to add a listener for MOUSE_LEAVE, which would allow releasing the mouse outside the Flash area instead of having it "stick" when you fling the cursor outside the Flash area.
good, excelente!!!
Coooooooolllllllll!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome work as always, thx a lot!
